How to register and vote in Marina

This page is limited to voting logistics. Registration and ballot administration are handled through California and Monterey County Elections. Marina's City Clerk is the local contact for the City's municipal election and Measure Q records.

When should a Marina voter expect a mail ballot?

California's November 3, 2026 election calendar requires counties to begin mailing ballots no later than October 5, 2026. That is the mailing start date, not a promise that every Marina household will receive its ballot on October 5. Delivery time will vary.

If a ballot does not arrive when expected, contact Monterey County Elections rather than relying on a social-media estimate.

Voting information is separate from the Measure Q debate

This page does not recommend a vote. Its purpose is to make sure a resident can register, confirm registration, receive a ballot and reach the government office responsible for an election question. For Measure Q research, return to the decision summary.
